A WHOLE HISTORY
Passionate about meeting new people and discovering new things,Marie et Christian had long wanted to open their own accommodation. After a few months’ thought and research, the couple discovered the former Hostellerie Saint-Roch building. Located on the banks of the Ourthe in the pretty village ofComblain-la-TourThis once Michelin-starred hotel-restaurant immediately appealed to Marie and Christian.
After many months of renovation work, the Impéri’Ale Hotel has finally opened its doors. It features 8 spacious rooms including 3 Suites, perfectly equipped and subtly decorated. As soon as you enter, you’ll be seduced by the imposing oak staircase, the old stained-glass windows in the doors, and the calm that reigns here.
Thedecoration is meticulouswith a few nods to the world of the zythology. Can you recognize them? Period carpets, noble fabrics and the luminosity of large windows combine with modern yet elegant furnishings.

For the Leroi family, the love of beer is a family affair.
That’s right, l’Impéri’Ale owes its name to the family son’s brewery: Experiment’Ale.
The Experiment’Ale brewery is just a few minutes from Impéri’Ale, in the charming village of Esneux, also in a completely refurbished old building (over 200 years old!).
Typical Belgian dishes and a wide selection of beersThat’s what Christophe offers at his brewery. He and his team also invent workshops and activities to help beer lovers learn more about this beautiful beverage.
